Coming to iOS and Android

A real training coach, generated.

Answer a few questions and get a training program built around your goal, your week and your body. The app then runs each session, and what you log shapes the ones after it.

Not on the App Store or Google Play yet. Join the waitlist and you will hear from us once — the day it lands.

The Fitness Flow home screen, showing a week calendar and today's workout: Full Body A, Week 1, 31 minutes, with a Start Workout button.

What it does

Three things it takes off your hands

01

You stop deciding what to train

Answer a short questionnaire — your goal, your schedule, the equipment you actually own, anything that hurts — and a full multi-week program comes back. You see the shape of it, including which weeks are the easy ones, before you commit to anything.

A generated plan called Full Body + Conditioning: Lose Weight, five days a week, 35 minutes, six weeks, with each week colour-coded Intro, Moderate, High or Deload.

02

The session runs itself

No reading a list off a screen and counting in your head. One movement fills the phone, a demonstration plays behind the countdown, and the cues keep firing with it in your pocket. You look at the screen when you want to, not because you have to.

A rep-based exercise in progress: a Kipping Pull-Up demonstration, Block 6, Round 1 of 3, 61 beats per minute in Zone 1, and a large tap-to-complete target reading 9 reps.

03

Next week knows what you did

Log what you actually lifted and how hard it felt, and the weeks ahead move — heavier, lighter, or held where they are. Nothing to tune by hand. A session you never logged is never judged.

An activity detail screen listing total duration, blocks and rounds completed, a suggested effort rating, and a body map of the muscles trained.

Why Fitness Flow

Not a workout library.

Your plan is composed the moment you ask for it, out of the whole exercise catalogue. The questions alone describe millions of different athletes. No shelf of pre-written programs covers that, so there isn't one.

Safety is a filter, not a warning.

Tell it your knee is bad and knee-loading movements do not appear in your plan. Not flagged — absent. The same goes for equipment: if a barbell isn't on your list, no barbell shows up in week seven.

Rules, not a black box.

Your plan comes from programming rules a coach can read and argue with, not from a language model improvising. The same answers always produce the same plan — so when one is wrong, there is something specific to point at and fix.

Where it goes after that

The first release is deliberately narrow — one thing done properly rather than five done thinly. There is a longer list of things we want to add to it, and a shorter, firmer list of things we will never build.
